About Continental Travels & Tours

Founded in 2021, Continental Travels & Tours is the result of years of hands-on experience, deep local knowledge, and a genuine passion for connecting people to Rwanda's beauty, culture, and investment potential.

The company was founded by Kinyang Juspen Tiebia N, a Cameroonian national born and raised in Cameroon, who has lived in Rwanda for over five years. During this time, he developed a strong understanding of the country's tourism landscape, business environment, and legal framework. Trained as a lawyer at the Institute of Legal Practice and Development (ILPD), Rwanda and completed professional training in Tourism and Hospitality Operations in 2023/2024, strengthening his expertise in tour planning, hospitality standards, and responsible tourism practices. Juspen specializes in business and corporate law, with advanced knowledge in investment law and business administration. He is currently further strengthening his leadership and management expertise through an MBA program at ULK, Rwanda.

Long before the company's formal registration, the foundation of Continental Travels & Tours was already taking shape. Throughout his stay in Rwanda, Juspen was consistently approached by friends, expatriates, tourists, and investors seeking guidance on travel arrangements, accommodation, destinations to visit, and navigating local regulations. This organic demand, combined with his lived experience in Rwanda and legal expertise, inspired him to formalize what had already become a trusted, locally guided service.

Continental Travels & Tours is proudly co-founded by a diverse and experienced international team based in the United States. Among them is Tumenta Ronald Nchango, a member of the United States Air Force, who serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company. His global exposure and leadership experience contribute significantly to the company's strategic direction. He is joined by his wife, Tiebia Eucheria, who acts as the company's Public Relations Officer (PRO), strengthening the brand's international presence and client relations. Also part of the founding team she is Juspen's sister, a USA-based social worker, whose background reinforces the company's strong values of community engagement, responsibility, and people-centered service.

Together, the founders share a clear vision: to bring tourists and investors to Rwanda, Cameroon and East Africa through safe, transparent, and professionally managed travel and business experiences.
